The NCMA Norfolk Chapter of  Advancing Professionals Program (APP) connects individuals who are interested in building relationships with and learning from other professionals in the contract management field.  The APP is a national NCMA Advancing Professionals Community (APC), created so that chapter members could shape their own path of advancement and work together on initiatives important to emerging leaders.
